I belong to the generation that was trained in the traditional fine arts and receives the revolutionary impact of the new technologies.
In the last decade of XX century I was part of a group of artists and media activists that impelled together with an elite of programmers and technicians from all over the world the changes that built the communications of today’s world. Our needs and achievements have now become part of the commands and interfaces of software, and our communication strategies, transformed habits, communities, economies, and our role as artists in society.
These techniques opened my works to unthinkable exposures, that live and evolve through channels they generate themselves, and that carry them from Finland to Venice and Hong Kong. Such techniques draw near my ideas from Buenos Aires, from Köln and from Barcelona and incorporate my creative work to the life of the new communities, through my active involvement.
